☑ Payment Guidelines
Please note that our system allows up to 3 payment attempts within 24 hours. If two attempts fail, you can email us for assistance and guidance. Customers paying with Visa or MasterCard should disable VPN when placing an order to avoid payment failures caused by mismatched IP and billing addresses.

If a Visa or MasterCard payment fails with the reason “Fraud suspicion” or “Payment Declined”, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction before retrying. For customers in Japan, we recommend using JCB or American Express cards.

If a JCB payment fails with the reason “Do Not Honor”, please call JCB to authorize the transaction and then retry, or notify our customer service that authorization has been completed. We will coordinate with the bank to process the payment successfully.
