One-Year Repair / Replacement Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all GetMax products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date you receive the item. During this warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement.
All free repairs or replacements must be confirmed through GetMax customer service and the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, while GetMax will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
If the product has been damaged or misused by the buyer, it will not qualify for free repair or replacement. However, customers may return the product at their own expense and pay for the repair service. In such cases, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
What Is Not Covered Under the Warranty?
The GetMax warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by non-product-related defects. Damage not covered under warranty includes, but is not limited to:
✦ Defects or damage caused by loss, theft, fire, moisture, or liquid exposure
✦ Malfunctions or damage due to improper use, negligence (such as dropping, impact, dents, crushing, etc.), or accidents
✦ Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
✦ Flashing or installing firmware/software from other manufacturers onto GetMax devices
How to Apply for Warranty Service (Repair / Replacement)
If you experience an issue with your product, please submit the following information to help us identify and verify the problem:
✦ Confirm that the GetMax TV Box was purchased from getmaxtvbox.com. GetMax is not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sources.
✦ Provide the product code indicated on the bottom casing of the device
✦ Provide the MAC address and serial number (SN)
✦ Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect

✦ Many customers have shared unfortunate experiences after purchasing TV boxes from unauthorized sellers, only to find that no support was available after purchase. Common issues include device locking, rendering the product unusable.
