✅ One-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all GetMax products, including the GetMax G12, come with a one-year limited warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product.

✅ Warranty Coverage
If your GetMax device experiences issues caused by manufacturing defects or quality-related problems:
• Free repair or replacement will be provided
• If the original model is discontinued:
A newer replacement model may be provided
A price difference may apply if applicable
All warranty services are subject to confirmation by GetMax Customer Support and our technical team.

✅ Repair & Replacement Terms
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the designated service location
• GetMax will cover the return shipping cost after repair or replacement
• If damage is caused by user-related factors (misuse, drops, external impact):
Free warranty service does not apply
Paid repair options may be available after assessment
Repair and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

The GetMax warranty does not cover:

• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
• Installation or flashing of non-official or third-party firmware or systems

• Proof of purchase from an official GetMax sales channel
(Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
• Product model or Item Code (found on the bottom of the device)
• MAC address and Serial Number (SN)
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
